Thanks for your kind words I try to do the best I can to help as many as possible. I know in sex is taboo in India culture so it is important to try and help out sort out myths from truth.
Now finger fucking or sticking your fingers inside a vagina or ass is generally safe. There is little chance for STD or HIV. However in teh situation you describe there is an increased chance for it since you are actually exposing an open wound to possibly infected blood. Any open sores are more likely to transfer deseases. If you have an open cut then use the other finger or use a finger condom to be safe in general.
If you have aleady done this then I urge you to consult a doctor to take a AIDS test and other common STD tests. There is no sense in taking risks with this sort of stuff. AIDS is a very serious desease that should not be taken lightly. Always be safe!
