And i kno its not a good thing to sleep around with unknown girls but come on I am young I will stop the same whn I get married or smthin…

So you want to find out if a girl has any STD’s before sleeping with her. There is no magical wand you can wave over them or other litmus test. We all wish there was since it would make life that much easier. Imagine we could just ask a person to push on a piece of paper, if it turns green they are safe and if it is red they have an STD. That would make life easy.
Back to reality. There is no real way of knowning what a person has. You can inspect their genital area for any scabs or other infection but that won’t tell you much beyond active herpes or other outbreak. Most STD’s have no visible signs so you really are playing roulette.
One suggestion is to ask when the last time they had a test was. If they scramble for an answer they probably haven’t been tested. Also continue to use a condom. This will minimize the risk if you use it properly. A condom is your best friend if you like sleeping around.
